Dezotta Holdings SA was originally formed in 1979 as a parent company for international ventures and has been active in the UK market since 1985. Since that time it has been actively involved in international trade and the property sector.

Land Brokerage

The property development arm has been involved in brokering acquisitions of residential development sites since our first successful project in the late 1980s with the acquisition of Zenith House in The Hythe, London and you can view a selection of some of these projects on our Land Acquisitions page.

International

We have also founded and participated in several multi-national joint ventures in broad and varied sectors from high tech and mining to pharmaceuticals and oil production technologies. We have been involved in many overseas regions specialising in the UK, Russia, central Europe, North America and, more recently, the Middle East.

Dezotta has extensive in-house expertise headed up by its owner Jeremy Rommer, who has been central to its operations since 1985 and who has over 30 years entrepreneurial, board level and consultancy experience in international trade, business development and market entry and property brokerage. Previous positions held have included Managing Director and Commercial Director of a number of SMEs and international joint venture companies, under the umbrella of Dezotta.

We’ve also established an extensive network of regional strategic alliances and highly experienced independent regional contacts and business colleagues, vetted for their strong proven performance.
